Double sided mini hangboard!

It might be small but its what's on the inside that counts, which is two different size edges ready to go! This pocket sized, portable hangboard is perfect for warming up, training, rehab or trying ridiculous challenges you saw on the internet. Just slide the cord from one side to the other to load the different edges - 15mm and 20mm. 

3D printed in PLA, this board is easy to clean when it gets logged with chalk - just give it a rinse under cold water and you're good to go! Smooth corners but a little bit of texture on the face, it strikes a great balance between comfort and grip. The surrounding cord aligns near the centre of your fingers, to give a more evenly distributed load when lifting. 

Load tested to 100kg. Your cord colour may differ from that in the product photos. 

Instructions for Use

Before using, understand the safe grip options for this product:
- Open hand (Drag): Fingers are relatively straight, knuckles are below the fingertips. This is the safest grip for beginners and puts the least strain on pulleys.
- Half Crimp: Knuckles are raised to no more than a 90-degree angle. Thumb acts as a stabiliser but does not wrap over the fingers.
- Do not use a full crimp!

Always warm up appropriately before lifting heavy weights, if there is any pain or discomfort - stop using the device immediately.

When lifting weight from the floor with a lifting pin or equivalent:
- Ensure your feet are clear of the weight in the event of a failed lift
- Line your shoulder up with the centre of the weights to prevent them swinging on lift
- Bend at the knees to allow your arm to straighten
- Ensure your grip position is secure and level
- Lift! Extend your legs to an upright position, lifting the weight off the ground
- With control, lower the weight back to the ground

Please note: this is a general guide, please consult a coach or personal trainer for more specific guidance for you. Only lift what feels comfortable to you, ego lifting will only hurt you in the long run!

Expert use only: This training tool is designed for climbers with established finger strength. It is not recommended for beginners or those without proper climbing conditioning.

Useage: Only use with an appropriately rated carabiner for the load being lifted. Always warm up before using product and never use a full crimp when lifting. Consider where weights may fall in the event of lift failure to avoid crushing injury.

Long term use: Always inspect the device for damage before use, including ensuring the cord and knot is in tact. Stop using immediately if device is damaged.

Maintenance: Keep clean using cold water only, keep free from chemical contact and out of direct sunlight. Do not store outside.
