Returns & Refunds Policy (UK)

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our returns and refunds policy is outlined below in line with your rights under UK consumer law.

Your Legal Rights

Our policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These give you the right to:

  • Cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, including standard delivery charges.

  • Receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

Returns

  • In addition to your statutory 14-day cancellation rights, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt for unwanted items.

  • Items must be returned in brand-new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Returns are made at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except where you exercise your legal right to cancel within 14 days.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • If a manufacturer fault develops after 30 days but within 12 months of receipt, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund once the fault has been assessed and approved.
